This is what I know from seeing thousands of clients - many who have come to me after failed treatment by other naturopaths. There is a structure to how your client will go through the journey and if you don’t do it right or don’t help them understand how it works they are not going to follow through with it. 

In this module we are going to cover how to set up the journey so that your client is successful. We will discuss what to do even before they walk through the door and how to set the scene for a successful clinical relationship.

You could be articulate and think you explain things well - but if you’re not speaking your clients language then it’s not going to get you the engagement you need. Here I am going to teach you some neurolinguistic techniques to engage with your client in their own internal language (and to discover what yours is too). 

This is a game changer when it comes to getting your clients buy in in their healing journey - and I’m going to show you how connect in a way you never thought imaginable. We will talk about this in the context of sales and also cover communications strategies outside of the consult.

One of the biggest things you’re going to face in your practice is objections and roadblocks. If every client just did what we said and was 100% on board I wouldn’t need to have made this Mentorship program. We need to be able to understand why people have objections, why they fall off track and what we can do to get them back into their own healing journey. 

This is one area that naturopaths should just be nailing yet I don’t see this as the case. Doing a few simple things will help your client push through the barriers that have previously stopped them from fully getting the results they want.

We’re getting more and more clients that are falling into this category and they need a little extra consideration than our less complex patients. What do you do when someone presents with a swathe of symptoms? Or when they have conditions what are difficult or seemingly impossible to resolve? What tests to order and why? What do you treat first?

This is my personal speciality and you need to know some of the ways in which you can get them on board. We have helped so many patients who have been living with chronic conditions and seen multiple people only two stick with us at Shift and get the outcome they needed. Why? Because we have a system to help them stick with their treatment and navigate it through to the end. This includes learning how to co-manage, when to refer and how and working on the patients belief systems and emotional landscape. 

This program isn’t going to teach you the nitty gritty clinical skills, you can get those elsewhere. But even if you have advanced training in SIBO, MCAS, CFS, Lyme disease or some of these other complex and tricky conditions you won’t be able to keep your patients on the course without knowing the soft skills I’m going to teach you here. This is going to help you help your patients stay the course.

In this module we’re going to take a look at the resources you need to create in order to make what you’re learning happen. We will look at what assets you need and why. How you can build your personal brand and communicate this to clients to build more credibility in the industry. 

We will also discuss models, pricing and how to make your naturopathic business successful by getting the structure right. This is relevant whether you work in a clinic or have your own small business.

By the time you get to this module you’ll understand that a lot of the work we do with our clients is identifying their core beliefs and behaviours around wellness and their ability to live a life they want. In this session, we will deep dive into beliefs and look at the beliefs and behaviours that are holding back your own personal success. 

Many practitioners end up doing their clients a disservice because of their own limiting belief systems that they project onto the client. I’m going to take you through some Neurolinguistic processes to get to the bottom of these and help you to shift your mindset so you can create the success you want.

In this bonus module I'm going to teach you a myriad of ways you can get clients. From old school to modern ads and tech, we will discuss how to choose the right avenues for your business and how to keep costs down while doing it.
