What to expect

The first step to healing is knowing where you're at. This in-depth session will help give you insights into where your health is at right now and what needs to change for you to shift.

Your initial appointment includes...

  • A 15-min Pre-Appointment Discovery Call to answer any questions you have.

  • A 90min 1-1 with an experienced naturopath.

  • A dietary review and recommendations based on your specific needs.

  • A prescription with natural medicine recommendations to treat your issue/s.

  • A comprehensive plan with options to move forward.

This is a standalone appointment that will give you insights and a naturopathic diagnosis. You'll walk away with a much deeper understanding of your health!

To continue the journey, you may choose to become a member of our clinic. We'll show you how this works at your initial diagnostic session so you're clear on your options moving forward.
