There are 8 modules that you can choose to work through one per week, over 8 weeks, or at your own pace. There are also an additional 2 modules – your pre-heal (to prepare yourself for the program) and your post-heal (to plan your future health and wellness goals).
Each week, you’ll receive access to a new module with something that you’ll need to change or implement to improve your gut health. You’ll receive an email with your login to the program, where you can access your weekly video/s, PDF guides and recipes to work through at your own pace.
As we move through the weeks, each new concept will build on the last, giving you a week to really master what you have learnt and put it into action. We suggest that you choose a day of the week (normally a Sunday or Monday) where you’ll have the time to read through the content, make notes, ask questions and then use the next 7 days to apply your learning. If you have a question at any time, you can ask it within the program module (and we’ll respond within 48 hours) or via the private Facebook group.
Heal Your Gut is designed to help anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloating, indigestion, tummy pain, diarrhoea, constipation, irregular bowel movements, IBS or food sensitivities. That is, most of us! Once you’ve done the program and learnt all of the tips and tricks to improve your gut health for good, you may want to refer your friends and family to this program so they too can reap the benefits.

Yes! You can access Heal Your Gut from any device – smartphones, iPads, tablets, laptops and desktop computers. We use an app called ‘Kajabi’ where all of your content, videos, recipes and PDF downloads will live. Once you log in to Kajabi, the app takes you through the modules one at a time. It's here where you can ask questions on the specific module or reach out to our team for support.
Of course! Once you purchase the program you will be added to our members-only private Facebook group. Here, you can interact with other gut healers and the Shift team who are there to help you on your gut healing journey.
This program is based on food as medicine principles so there are no supplement costs involved.
During the program, we will be recommending specific prebiotic and probiotic foods – we will offer ways to make your own or suggest where you can purchase them. These are all low cost and will form part of your weekly grocery shop.
The Heal Your Gut methodology has been designed to address all of the factors which impair gut health – so you’ll know what to look out for when it comes to your gut.
You’ll then discover how to naturally heal your gut, using food as medicine principles.
Lastly, you’ll shine a spotlight on the emotional parts of yourself that can cause gut issues, as well as your current stress.
The aim of the Heal Your Gut program is to have you complete the course being more aware of what is happening in your body, what your triggers are and how to best look after yourself.
Healing takes time and there will be some effort required on your part in order to get results.
You’ll need to set aside about 30 minutes a week to watch the video/s, read the accompanying PDFs and complete your workbook. We suggest you choose a day when you have time (Sunday or Mondays are great) to take in the information, make notes and plan your week ahead.
You may also need a little more time for food prep, given that we’re moving away from processed food into a healthy, whole food diet.
Katherine and the team will give you several options and levels, so you can do as much or as little as you like. Even basic changes can lead to large results in some people so choose a level that will work for you.
You’ll have access to Katherine most weeks during the weekly Q&A in the private Facebook group (her team may also step in if she is away).
Katherine will be very active within the Facebook group, answering your questions and helping you to make your shift outside of these Q&A sessions.
